Experience

David Walker has become increasingly involved in technology planning and information technology.  He received a Ph.D. in physics in 1971. In 1987 he completed a certificate program at the Institute for Retraining in Computer Science, Clarkson University, and then spent ten years at the Department of Computer Science, Marshall University.  Since 1999 he has devoted full time to consulting.  He has experience with networking, satellite and wireless, web, scientific computing, and software development.  He has experience with learning methods and tools.  This includes problem-based learning integrated into e-courses, and web-based distance education/ interactive distance learning.
